I had pumped gas and felt something was wrong with pump! On my receipt I didn't know if it just charged me or had I pumped Perineum gas instead of regular because I knew I pushed regular! After bringing it to attendants attention she was rude and asking me what I wanted her to do. I wasn't sure of procedure she should have known what to do. She like tried to shut me up with a dollar but it made me mad because I was concerned more about the pump not operating incorrectly and it messing my vehicle up by using the wrong fuel type I even did a transaction without fueling to see if it was me or the pump having errors. after trying once it read I needed to remove card when it was removed. I approached attendant and she was once again rude and not helpful! I needed help but she didn't help at all! So I figured it out and got it reset and I tried once again using my card! I then pushed the regular gas key and it was stuck on premium! So my point I did push regular but it was stuck on premium. I asked her to come so I could show her but she looked like I was dumb or something. I cancel transaction and printed that receipt.I called number on receipt but still no one has contacted me!

It was rainy and cold this morning. I punched give receipt and the pump did not distribute a receipt. So, I went to the window. -There were two people working in the ‘hut’. When I got to the window, I had to stand there a couple of minutes before anyone looked up. (One person was on her cell phone – the one closest to the window – and the other was adding things up behind her.) When I asked for a receipt for the pump I was using, they knew what I wanted (I did not even have to mention that the pump was out of paper) – because they apparently knew that the pump was out of receipt paper. Yet, they did not seem to care one bit. The lack of caring on the part of these two employees was shocking. It appeared to me that they cared nothing about the customers of this Murphy location. Talking on a cell phone and making customers wait on a cold and rainy night is, quite simply rude. Knowing that the paper was out of the pump and doing nothing about it left me with the impression that they were too lazy to go out in the rain and cold once to refill the paper; so, they let customer after customer walk in the rain and the cold instead.
