I had no problem with getting my fuel, but pump #16 was evidently out of paper, so I had to go inside. That is not typically an issue; however there was a line of thirteen people and only one attendant and one register. All I needed was my receipt, but I waited in line for 11 minutes for something that should have taken a few moments. The young lady didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or the wait.

It was very dirty around the gas pumps. trash on the ground. Had to step around some gross trash.

This location has a chronic problem of not having paper in the receipt dispensing area of the pump. My employees and I don't have the time to go inside and wait in line to get a receipt, but our accountant requires one. This needs to be remedied.

I waited in only line available and then Brittani while on the phone, waived me over by hand to assist me at the other register with my lottery purchase. The entire time she assisted me she stayed on the phone chit chatting. I felt that was rude and was not given her undivided attention. I have been working in retail for several years and would never treat my customers like that.

The card reader machine has not recognized and read my debit card and kept rejecting and declining transactions for 5 times until I paid separate one with cash and cigarettes with debit and then the card reader at that time accepted. Issue with the card reader machine needs to be recheck.

I am a first time customer at Murphy USA. When I started my credit card transaction the pump automation (NEVER) verified my zip code? In other words I could have stolen a credit card from someone and used it because there was no verification process in place to help stop the use of (stolen cards) etc. That is why I checked, "not satisfied" problem. thank you

The location in which I went to was and always is extremely crowded. It is always a fight. Price is the only reason why I go to this gas station.

This station has had the lowest prices in town however I'm seeing the price steadily increase whereas other stations are cheaper.

Road sign for diesel said 2.879 but the pump and my receipt are 2 cents higher at 2.899. Was a pain to get to the pump and needed gas so got gas. Wrong to bait and switch drivers that you have lower gas prices with fraudulent signs. I'll start doing my fuel perks again and go back to your competitor Shell just down the road. Hate being taken advantage of!
