The attitude of the employees has gone down since opening and management present. The stuff the towels sooooo full you have to work at getting one out NOT in pieces The receipt paper was out and they made no attempt to apologize or come out to fill. Turning into a WalMart of gas stations instead of the leader it was months back.....clean, polite, courteous

I visit this location regularly 4-5 times weekly, as it is near my office. Regularly, I experience an attitude of indifference by the male personnel. I believe it is the same person each time. He is often stocking merchandise, and continues stocking even when the line is long. He was not wearing a name tag today. The receipt says John Cecil. Brittani the other cashier was selling lottery tickets to person ahead of me and had to reload the machine and was having difficulty. The male cashier was cleaning/stocking shelves in front of his register. The line continued to form. I ask if there was another cashier. After some hesitation, the male cashier said there will be in 2 seconds and continued what he was doing. People in line were uttering displeasure. He continued to do what he was doing. A few times standing up to look at Brittani struggling with the lottery machine, then squatting back down to continue merchandising. Finally, he seemed to reluctantly and slowly walk behind the register and once there said next person in line. This individual shows no urgency toward customer service.

I punched the unleaded button which should've been gas is 2.02 per gallon and what I ended up with a medium unleaded 2.28 per gallon. I never went near that med unleaded not didI touch the center button

The cashier Angela wrong me up for the incorrect items and i was unable to pay woth my food stamps as well as told me there eas nothing she could do. She entered in coffee when i hadd frozen drinks. Then i was unable to get thr 10 cent off for gas also. I shop here daily but am really not interested anymore

My wife purchased 2 packs of cigarettes for me at store 8659 with clerk jason at 19:22:00 i returned at 19:33:00 to swap them out for lights because she purchased regular by mistake even though they where unopened and i had a receipt in hand and he remember the purchase he refuse to swap them out for me. i will post this on social media and refuse to go back due to your horrible customer service. i contacted the customer service number in the store and they proceeded to call the store and told me they cant make him do it and they didn't know why he wouldn't.

I came to this location store #8659 at Jacksonville because on gasbuddy it showed regular gas proce 194.9. I selected the regular gas and started pumping. Then I noticed that the UNLPLUS was lit up and I ended up paying a lot more than I had planned. I made a special visit to your station. Will I get a refund?

My credit card data was stolen after pumping at the pump with my credit card. If it was not the credit card company calling me today to verify some charges, I would not have known the problem at your pump.
