I was highly satisfied with my experience at Murphy Express because the lights were very bright and as a female I am always concerned about my safety. I felt very safe and if any one were to try something somebody would be able to help me. Whenever I go inside and purchase an item the cashier will ask me if I would like to buy the same candy but with more for only a few cents extra or they would let me know about a buy two get one candy bar free. I always have access to a pump because there are so many. I never have to wait in a line even when it is rush hour.

To me customer service is really important. Angela helped me at the counter tonight. She was really nice and friendly as was the other attendant. She asked me if I had everything that I needed and was just very customer service oriented. The inside and outside of the store was also very clean which made it a very smooth and comfortable visit. I always like to come to Murphy USA because of these reasons.
