For me it is always quick in and out. There are enough pumps so I never have to wait.the area is kept super clean and I like the pumps are sealed to show tampering.

Customer service in this location is wonderful!! The morning crew always has a smile and a fresh cup of coffee , and the best cigarette prices in town!

Compaired to gas prices i have seen between dayton ky and florence ky your were by far the best. The cashier was very friendly and the store was clean.

Usually I go in and pay and the people working are always polite and eager to help in any way. Clean restrooms and cheapest gas around.

I always pay at the pump and I need a receipt upon completing my fill up. I can remember having to go inside to get a receipt only ONE TIME since they have opened! I appreciate the fact that they keep receipt paper in the pumps! Besides bringing a competition war and lowering gas prices off of this exit, keeping the pump receipt paper well stocked is the other main reason you get my business! Your competition does not care and I was constantly having to go inside for my receipt. I'm self-employed and my time is valuable and it means a lot to me that I can pump and go! I like Murphys being a price leader in Florence. Easy access to the station and the neatness around the building is a plus. From the information on the receipt it is plain to see you are wanting to keep everything in the service line in a constant stage of improvement.
