Clerk was rude never spoke this is my 3rd time in your store and this clerk waited on me she is always rude.

When I first entered the store there was already a customer in line. The two attendants were busy having their own conversation about how they were "over it." They weren't going to quit, but they didn't care anymore. THEN one attendant waited on the lady in front of me. The other attendant yelled "HELLLLLO?" at me as if to signify she was open. Since the two attendants were in such deep discussion of there dislike for their job I had no idea the other register was even open. This is utterly shameful customer service. I will not return to this location.

I visit this location daily sometimes multiple times. I have never had a bad experience until today. The cashier was very rude taking her time slurping on her slushie looking me in the face before retrieving the products I asked for. She literally threw my purchase on the counter at me and starred at me without telling me total. I handed her money and another attendant spoke to me very nicely while the cashier still just looked at me with the dirtiest look. Ive never seen this cashier before and I'm unsure if she was just having a bad day or what but being a retail supervisor myself I know how one can make all look bad and I feel she is a bad representation to the others who are always so nice and polite.

I and others stood in line well my husband pump gas I want a cigarette. Two ladies were there when was messing with the coffee pot and the other color was close, she was rather busy messing with her phone. About two minutes later she came to the counter and help me but wouldn't give me more product didn't put them in a bag didn't even offer them to me she was playing with her phone. The guy behind me had to stand and wait for her to play with her phone.so the reason I did not bring problems to the attendant was because she was the problem

My cashier was very nice. However the other attendant was very rude and talking about customers as if we weren't in the store, myself included.

Pumped gas and when I went to balance receipt to statement, noticed I was charged for Super (93) and I chose 87! This happened to me last week on a different pump at same loaction, however that time I noticed at pump and chalked it up to computer error (it happens). But this time used a different pump and it happened again. Seems to me that you guys are chceating customers if pumps only select one grade even though you chose another. I will NEVER ise your company again, and I will share these experiences so others will be aware to watch.

I get good customer service, plus, I enjoy your specialty coffee refill for 49 cents. I go every day for coffee. But, lately the coffee and milk have not been refill.
