restroom was very dirty

I was satisfied. Just not jumping for joy about it I guess.

Drink lids that fit the cups were not available. Lots of lids that didn't fit were available. Attendant was helpful and got the "new style" lids.

It was OK. Nothing special

No water/cleaner in the windshield washer bin.

Gas pumped slow. Display on outside pump card reader was almost impossible to read, I am assuming from sun damage. The letters on screen were very light.

They did not have the brand of cigarette in the carton that I wanted. Happens all the time at both locations in Las Cruces.

The cashiers could at least smile while helping you. They could always ask us if there is anything we might need.

I'll be completely satisfied with Murphy’s once Murphys’ starts accepting cigarette coupons for whatever brand bought regardless of what brand the coupon is for. Murphy would still get the refund for the coupon regardless of what brand is purchased or what coupon would be used. What one brand a person doesn’t buy the other will, hence the payback with any coupon! Please change your coupon policy accordingly! Murphy’s will not lose money but will aid their customers!

I had to go to two Murphy stores in order to get my brand of cigarette because the first store on Valley Drive, Las Cruces, NM indicated that their cartons of my brand were ringing up higher than they were. They further advised that the price of packs was higher and that the problem would not be fixed until Friday, 7/22/16. Really? No one could simply ring the item up at the correct price! Terrible situation and business practice and then I had to go clear across town to get my brand at your price. Inexcusable.
