I'll be completely satisfied with Murphy’s once Murphys’ starts accepting cigarette coupons for whatever brand bought regardless of what brand the coupon is for. Murphy would still get the refund for the coupon regardless of what brand is purchased or what coupon would be used. What one brand a person doesn’t buy the other will, hence the payback with any coupon! Please change your coupon policy accordingly! Murphy’s will not lose money but will aid their customers!

At the pump, the card reader would not accept the debit card, was instructed to see the attendant inside. Once inside, the transaction was conducted and fuel pumped. was told I did not have sufficient funds at the pump. How did it know that? Yet, the attendant was able to complete the transaction. How did that happen if I did not have sufficient funds???

Like I said before, you need to allow cigarette coupons for whatever brand purchased regardless of the brand.

Asked cashier for chili sauce for the nachos and was told she could but it would rake 20 minutes to heat up!?! Which we know is not the case, but if it was shouldnt you still have replaced it for the next customer?

As always, they did not have the brand of cigarette (Carton) available. This happens all the time at this location and the one on Valley Drive. They NEVER stock enough Pyramid or Grand Prix by the carton, they are always out of the cartons and packs many times! Someone needs to advise the stores management to order more to supply demand!

This is the closest fueling station to my home and I'd have no problem giving them all of my business, but every single time I'm there, no matter what pump I use, the auto shut off on the pump clicks off continuously, even if not using the trigger latch. Highly irritating, makes filling the car take twice as long as it should.

I did not want premium gas. I pushed the 86 button (I KNOW I did) and didn't realize that premium gas came out instead of the 1.69 gas until I started watching the digital readout. When I realized what was happening I stopped pumping gas. I'm sure the attendant couldn't fix this and it was too early to argue about it. Pump 19 needs to be fixed. I paid more than I should have as I do not want or need premium gas.
