The pump was leaking. I kindly went back inside and told a lady with short curly hair looked to be manager working on change a register. She rudly told me no one should even be on that one. Instead of saying politely thank u for telling us we appreciate ur willingness to take time out of ur day to tell us. I should of just let multiple customers behind me get gas all over their car clothes feet. Really hurt my feeling being a good person.

Walking in I received a VERY strong smell of cigarettes and saw an employee smoking a cigarette inside the store just holding the door open sorry but that is something that needs to be taking care first impression was very disappointed hope you do something about it and hope this is not Murphy's culture. hope if I return i don't encounter this problem again thank you.

2nd time at this location that your pump, after I pick my fuel grade, instead gives me the highest and most expensive grade. Super shady!

I work right next door to the station.. I go every day and even now the Manager she is a great wonderful manager and has great employees but this Carla was very rude,, tapped her finger nails that where a inch long at me... I had three transatction and very one she asked "is this it".. I got a soda and four packs of Camel Crush box the black/blue ones. She only charged me for two packs of cigs. The guy working with her is their all the time ,, he is great,, I went to him and showed him my receipt and the bag of cigs and asked if the manager will be in tomorrow,, he said yes ,, and I said what is her deal,, very bad attiude ,, my name is Kenneth Rust 575-652-7596

Attendent Robert not friendly person. I always feel discriminated by him all the time and so i don't feel like going there. Not a welcoming person. I prefer to go a mile further for my gas and other product needs.

It is shady to me when a gas pump selects on its own the most expensive fuel to pump. I picked the lowest level and least expensive option, as I have done thousands of times, but your pump managed to override my selection and pumped the highest grade which also happens to be the most expensive. Shady practice! Thank goodness I noticed so I could stop before you ran up the bill on me! How many non-attentive people were you able to fool today?

I told the employee I wanted "Computer Generated Number" for the lotto. She gave me two sheets with 5 numbers on one and two on the other and said they were new fresh numbers. When I got outside I realized the first set of 5 was a old ticket and time and someone else got those numbers and I guess didn't pay or something and murphys gave these numbers to me. They were picked out numbers and jot generated. So I figured no biggie they will exchange or refund for the error. And you guys wouldn't do anything or refund or make things right. I have been going to your company for years and I want a refund or something done. This is a error on your end. I will take this to the media/social media if nothing is done.

I frequent the store 3-5 times a week both for tobacco, coffee and for gas as I work at the WALMART behind the store and have never been treated so rudely as I was tonight. I explained to the cashier I was using $7 in quarters for partial payment which made him huff and puff even after I put them in piles of 4 each...my husband, who is deaf, took out his credit card to pay the rest but I had to first tell your cashier to deduct the $7 then he would swipe his card. Your cashier then said so tersely and rudely "are you going to swipe your card or what" ? I told him "he's deaf" and that he didn't have to be so rude to his customers and that I would speak to the manager and report his attitude. If I ever talked to a customer like that or huffed and puffed when they paid with coin I would get coached. Whatever his problem was he should be told to keep them separate from his work. If he is in the store when I go in again I wont be doing business with Murphy that day!
