to me the highly satisfied category means the facility, service or product was somehow above and beyond other similar facilities,service or product, which was not the case.

Only because the roads leading to it are awful, and you have to dodge potholes to get through adjoining parking lot.

I purchased gas . . . I pumped it, I paid for it. Other than providing the product there was no true service provided to me that would make me Highly Satisfied. I am NOT Unsatisfied.

the female attendant was to busy talking either on phone or with friends and not doing her job waited 30 minutes before was helped by the other register guy after he counted his drawer. he was very pleasant and helpful after he was freed from his other work.
