I think personally, me never winning these makes me not want to go here anymore. Considering its the only place I buy gas and snacks it's good be a big change.

My gas tank was near empty when I started pumping gas. I was trying to pump the gas very slow so as to only put in 5 gallons worth but the pump handle kept shutting off (like it would when the tank is full). I had to keep pressing on the handle to restart the pump until I got to 5 gallons. Then the receipt did not print out and I had to go inside the store to get a receipt.

The pump kept cutting on and off.

A friendly please come back perhaps would have encouraged me to come back sooner.

I am never Highly Satisfied with anything.

I'd like to see a change in the flavors of icees offered. They have always remained the same. I'd also enjoy having a coffee flavored slurpee as an option. I'd also like to see Sonic energy drinks in the cooler. I would purchase gum here if it were close to $1 per pack, particularly Dentyne regular and Trident cinnamon and Bubbilicous Strawberry and Watermelon. Gum has become too expensive in most retail outlets.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at the Murphy express.

I'm tired of having to walk by the homeless men sitting close to the door entrance of the store with them smoking. It makes me very uncomfortable as a single women by myself, also having to hold my breath because of all the cigarette smoke. Also scary that they smoke so close to the gas pumps. I have asked on several times the clerks if there is something they could do about it, but they just shrug their shoulders and say they have no control over it. Please resolve this issue at Murphy Express site 8701, 6706 103rd St. Jacksonville Florida 32210. Thank you
