This girl is not friendly at all

Some of the people are rude

Card reader at pump did not work because I had the chip so I had to go pay inside...kinda a big inconvenience ...because there were no signs up saying that if I had the chip I would have to go pay inside ...just wish the pumps were updated with accepting the chip because that's what's new and most of everyone has the chip now on there cards...so it would be nice it the pay method at the pump was updated with the times

pump malfunctioning, had to move to another pump/island

There was only 1 cashier, there were ppl staying in line. When i go back i will be to get gas and pay that the pump,

Your employees was focuse on cell pbone instead of taking care of customers. Then i guess the manager was standing at the other register i guess doing paperwork. I go in alot. Its usually a younger lady and she is very friendly and efficient. But everytime the guys are in there they are slow.

After purchasing fuel I went inside to buy cigarettes and lottery tickets. The cashier was extremely rude. This is not the first time. The past 3 times she has been rude. I even asked how she was doing and she didn't even look up, just said, "it's a day". I will not return, one time rude I accept, 2nd time - maybe a moody person, 3rd time and that's it. She has also been rude to my elderly mother and that is unacceptable. If she is so miserable, find another job. Regardless of product, convenience, pricing - your cashier lost you business. There is another location on the side of York, SC...they are nice, I might go there. It's a shame about this person, the location was perfect for us.

Pump would stop and when running it sounded like it was sucking air, especially when the pump on the other side was being used. Handle took a lot of strength to use.
