I had two lottery winnings. Shawn said he did not have the cash for both the $20 and $50 winning tickets. I totally understood and he gave me the cash for the $20 winning ticket. I said I would get the $50 winning ticket fulfilled somewhere else. Well when I left the store I went to the kroger down the street to cash my $50 ticket. The kroger person said that my $50 ticket had been cashed out. I was extremely upset with Shawn because I specially asked him if he had scanned the $50 ticket and he said "No." I was immediately concerned that Shawn was attaempting to keep my cash by lying to me. When I returned to the store the cashier Shawn acted sheeplessly and said oh well I guess I did scan the ticket. I reaslly think if I had not gone down the street to cash out the ticket that Shawn would have pocketed the winnings. He never apologized and actually acted annoyed that I had returned to the store to confront him. If i had not checked at kroger and waited until the next morning I assume that Shawn would have poicketed my winnings and I would have no proof.
