MurphyUSA offers. e-offers that does NOT correlate to my local Murphy gas station. I am offered 3 offers, but, BUT only can use one since the "convenient store" size which is my local station is not convenient when it comes to redeeming my"My e-offers"!!! fix MurphysUSA APP to fine tune and better correlate to each style of store! tho free, it is still false advertising. I am doing this survey cause I was there and was disappointed in not getting the other 2 offers -slushie & banana.

The bathroom was out of order yet there was no sing indicating that and the attendant was flippant about the problem

Dear Murphy USA, At this location multiple pumps have been out of service for quite sometime, windshield cleaners are generally not available/provided, on several occasions receipts have not printed out after pumping, which is also frustrating. I want to continue using this station, but based on poor level of facility usefulness it makes it a difficult choice. It seems that this location was run better in the past, not certain why there has been a decline of service here. Your time and attention are greatly appreciated. Regards, Chris 713-829-0708

I went in and bought a drink from the store. The cashier was incredibly rude and kept rushing me. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This was the Murphy USA in Houston, TX. She was awful.

The attendant was very rude, unprofessional and rolled her eyes like I was bothering her when I walked in to purchase my lottery tickets. She didn't greet or smile. She was very rude and stated "YES!" and snatched my tickets out of my hand. What kind of people do you have working for you. She shouldn't be working with people at all with that kind of attitude. I would move her to the stock room and keep her away from the customers who in fact, pay her salary. Maybe someone needs to let her know that without costomers she would not have a job! I'm never going to this store again, I'll take my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing!
