Had a rollback code that expired today - tried code at pump twice, msg. that code was invalid or expired. Went to attendant, after determining how much gas I MIGHT need, Anthony tried code. Same msg., after asking me if I had already used it (had not), he determined that it expired on 12/11 (today). After I told him that it was still the 11th, he informed me that the code expired earlier in the day. Ridiculous that code is not good till end of day or that it does not indicate expiration time. Not the issue of $1.50, but rather principal - there are 3 other stations with a few hundred feet with similar prices and services. Have been using this store since it's opening, Anthony has to be the most unhelpful, disinterested and inconvenienced employee that I have encountered there. I hope I didn't interrupt his day by patronizing this location.

Security for card use is bad. it does not need a pin or zip code. That's not good.

attendant and customer ahead of me did not understand each other regarding lottery tickets, so I waited 10 minutes to buy a soda while they figured it out.

I think you should have heaters since this is an outdoor shopping experience.

I bought my gas at the pump with my card, then went to the window to try to buy some cigarettes. One of the two cashiers were busy having a personal conversation (most likely initiated by the customer) for long enough for the customer to forget how much she owed. Then, the customer added a lotto ticket, spent some more of (my) time joking around, after five or six minutes of the customer setting up a friendly little camp at the (only) register window and beginning to bicker over the three dollar lotto ticket, I left and got my smokes down the street. This is becoming my typical experience at this location and I won't be returning until the problem is resolved, most likely. The last time, I bought gas at the pump, went to the window (that had nobody there) to purchase drinks but left after waiting five or six minutes without buying drinks to buy them down the street because no employee arrived at the window in a sensible time. Gate is really taking a lot of my business from this location in this exact way.
