This is the second time in a couple of weeks that I have had problems with the pump. This is a very busy location and when you have to play musical pumps it is inconvenient and causes problems not only for you but for other customers.

The store is starting to get a bit dirty and unkept.

I requested help at the pump getting fuel. I am disabled and have asked and received help one other time. The girl came out & said I should've parked closer to the bldg and next time maybe she wouldn't have to walk so far. I informed her that the last employee told me the best place was the last pumps so I'd be out of the way. Also, there were NO OTHER PUMPS OPEN NEAR THE BLDG. The only one was the one I was at. She had the worst attitude and I was extremely nice and I asked for her name [it was Tammy] and told her how much I appreciated her help. I've never felt so humiliated and if my gas light had not been on I'd have just left.....

The bathroom stunk. The exhaust fan was squealing like crazy and you can't turn it off. Cashier did not know how to make change.

I live about 2 miles from this store, and typically stop in every weekend. I typically buy a 20 oz bottle soda, lottery tickets, and Markten E cigs. There is a promotion at your store for buy a Markten device, get a cartridge for 99 cents. There were no Markten menthol devices, so I could not take advantage of "get the cartridges" for 99 cents. I had a coupon for the cartridges so I used it, but 2 weeks ago there were no menthol cartridges, so I had to get mint which I am not a huge fan of. A month or so ago, the MANAGER got upset "because she was giving me the product(Marktens) for less than what she pays for it" because I had coupons. While I know that she gets her money back on the coupons, I think it is extremely rude to tell this to a customer and act like I am putting her out by using coupons.

Stopped to fill up, priced at $2.09 per gallon. After fueling felt it cost alot more than expected. Noticed I was charged $2.59/gallon. Clerk said I pumped super. I know I pushed regular on far left. She stated the hose may have hit it. I told her that if it happens to anyone else they need to correct the problem.

I shop at this location (8589) I have had some problems with this manager before with her not keeping or ordering Markten when she knows I will be in to buy them each week. Today, I went into the store and ask the clerk how many refill packs of them she had and she told me 12, the manager spoke up and ask if I was using coupons and the clerk told her yes. She told the clerk out loud that I could not buy all the ones she had, she also said that she had just ordered today and that I had to call the store and tell her if I wanted to buy that many because she needed to have some for her regular customers. She came over to the clerk and took away 6 of the packs. I ask if it was corporate policy for her not to sell them to me because I was using coupons that were buy on get on free that were in the ones I bought last week from her store. She stated again that she did not have to sell them all to me. Again I ask if it was the policy of the company not to sell me the product that was on the shelf. She did not reply she threw down the other six on the counter and told the clerk to ring them up.

I am a small business owner and we have fueled our trucks at this Murphy location for at least the past couple of years since we switched from the fuel station we previously used. Murphy has always had a policy of the fuel pumps being automatically turned on when you select "pay attendant". It is a regular occurrence now to be told we have to come inside and pay first. This is understandable if it's late at night and we have pulled in to a pump lane farther away from the attendant's view, but we always pull up to the pumps that are located at the first or second lane closest to the attendant, so that she can see that it is one of us. We are regular customers and if not remembered by the fact that we fuel up trucks there quite frequently, you would think that the fact that we purchase merchandise in the store and sometimes make conversation with the employees, they could simply take a second to look out the window and acknowledge us. Also, we opted to start fueling some of our trucks elsewhere since at night when the attendant completes the end of day process on the register, they close the store for 20-25 minutes. Other employees have informed us it takes about 5 minutes.
