I tried paying twice at the pump with my Walmart credit card and both times the pump would not give me off the three cents per gallon for using my Walmart credit card. I then went inside and told the cashiers, so they asked for me to prepay and see if it would work that way. One of the cashiers came with me to the pump to see if the three cents would be deducted by prepaying and it did not. She suggested I switch pumps to see if maybe the problem was the pump. I switched to the new pump and swiped my card again at the new pump, and again it did not take the three cents off. By this time I just wanted to get my gas and go so I proceeded to fill up my car paying the full price per gallon and still having payed for it using my Walmart credit card.

The station is on my route to and from work every day, but I hesitate to stop because every time I do get gas and pay at the pump the receipt machine is empty or not working. I stopped for the third time today and once again the machine is out of paper. It's unfortunate but I will have to find another station.

the restroom is always locked up at about 730 and they are open til 11 pm why is this other than the attendant mopped the floor with a mop no bleach or bucket to clean the floor with. the door handle was missing and the door is off and wont close as it is off somehow and is sticking out past the door frame to be able close the door. there are two screws where the door handle was that stick out and stab you in the hand when you crab it. i was afraid some child would get stabbed by them and get injured. then i had to use the mens restroom and it was not fit for a dog to use no papertowels to wipe your face off or clean yourself up with. i called about this matter to let them no of the door handle and unsecure bathroom door closure. they have since repaired and put the handle back on but the door is still off and wont shut at all still again had to use the mens bathroom and still smells like an outhouse and very dirty in there. needs bleach and a thorough cleaning every day. when i visited the female one it had the same used kotex in the trashcan for at least a week before they finally emptied the trash can and no hand soap for about a month.

we put $40.00 in gas and went on line to check our balance and it shows that the $40.00 was taking out plus $75.00 and we don't understand why it did that,if someone could please call me to find out what's going on with that I would surely appreciate it...337-385-7049....thanks

The reason I pay with a debit/credit card is because it is convenient. It isn't convenient when you have to always go inside to get the receipt. I press yes for a receipt, but every single time I still have to go inside. This has happened to me too many times. I even tried different pumps but that didn't help. It bothers me so much that I felt I had to do the survey. Please put paper or fix the pump, that would help a great deal. I know this is a problem for other people as well.

attendant had walked out when I arrived to purchase tobacco products. She informed me and other guest she had to clean the restroom, so she locked the door and said she was the only person working. 15 minutes later she was done which 8 people including myself was waiting. I was the first person at the register for my purchase but by the time I paid it was already 1700 hrs. I arrived at 1645 and had to be at work for 1700 which I was late due to the situation
