Murphy USA

There was nothing I did or the business did that made it highly satisfied. Only drove in and pumped my own gas and paid for it at the pump.

It is difficult to get into and out of due to the added traffic at Walmart. Inconveniently located.

It's gas. You stop pump pay and leave; nothing outstanding

The cashiers were rude

attendant not as friendly.

I believe there is always room for improvement . The attendant seemed over whelmed a little bit and that was causing a line to back up. Gas prices seemed very good but other items seemed a little higher than other stores.

I can't say it was an "EXCEPTIONAL" experience at Murphy USA. The gas prices were the same at other gas stations all over Jacksonville, IL. I was hoping that Murphy USA would actually be a little cheaper & that's the reason I drove across town to get gas there.

It was quick and the gas was cheap

Pump nozel was hard to control or stop where I would like. Windshield cleaning supplies at other end of pumps.

For a rating that high there has to be something that goes above and beyond the norm. Nothing like that happened. Just good service as always.
