Highly Satisfied is like saying everything is 100% perfect, and it isn't. NO one is perfect nor any company nor any experience in life. There is always room for improvement. Maybe I was distracted & not paying attention today so maybe the parking lot was full of trash & I just didn't notice, maybe the window washer liquid was empty, but I didn't pay attention..

It was typical visit for gas and honestly the only way i'd be more satisfied is if i came there and didn't have to spend money.
