1. I tried to fill up at the pump and it kept getting stopped and I had to go inside and ask them to turn the pump on. 2. When I walked inside to ask them to turn the pump on, there was an elder Hispanic gentleman trying to get help filing out his lottery slip and the cashier rudely yelled at him and told him to either “hurry up or move out of the way, he was holding up her line.” That was very rude. I work in customer service and if you want customers to return, you can’t allow that to happen. When asked to speak to the store manager of the situation, I was told there was no manager on duty, the store manager is on vacation. 3. When I asked if they could turn them pump on for me to fill up, since it kept getting stopped, the cashier told me that they didn’t turn the pumps on. I asked her when they stopped doing it and that I was a regular customer and she finally turned in on for me. Worst experience at this location I’ve ever seen. If Jackie weren’t on vacation, I know things would be different. Something needs too be done. I didn’t see the cashiers name tag, she wasn’t wearing one. But the name on the receipt is Brittney.

I paid at the pump and the machine would not print a receipt. I went in to the store to get my receipt and make a purchase. One customer was standing at the register trying to pay cash. The female attendant had her back turned to the door and was taking inventory from a man who counted each item they were stocking and she checked it off. Not once did she or the man look up and acknowledge any of us entering the store. Several people left instead of waiting. After at least 3 minutes of waiting, another attendant appeared from the back to help us. She did not thank us for waiting. I told her the pump wasn't printing and she merely handed me my receipt. She never said thank you or acknowledged that I spoke. You have some really unhappy employees with zero customer service skills. I will never recommend this store to anyone. I used to enjoy shopping here and buying gas here. This store has sunk to the lowest common denominator.

I was not Satisfied with the cost of your beer product. You charge $1.79 for a single can of Busch Ice 25oz, whereas I can get it elsewhere for as low as $1.19 before taxes. However, I was Satisfied with Satisfied with the cost of your tobacco products. Newport Smooth 100 is at the fair price of $4.10.

The line at the register was too long. The attendent Laquasha was not polite. She had a bad attitude and seemed as if she did not want to be at work.

It's early in the am and people are trying to get to work on time, i stop by here very very often, buy all my gas there, and cigarettes. I live 30 miles away but drive by there on my way to work because i like this place a lot. But, when it's busy, they have one register open and another person ignoring you while they are counting money or something, or in the afternoons, there is an older lady that works there and is extremely slow, i get o tired of waiting. Early in the am all registers should be up and going just my opinion.

I tried to use my digital coupons and they scanned but didn't work . When my app refreshed my coupons were gone. So no coupon or product. 😒

At the time I went into the store it was only 1 person working and the line was almost going through the door. I was okay with waiting because I wasn't in a rush but the attendant was so rude to the customer before me and then when I got to her I felt line I was walking on thin ice. I asked for 3 bags of ice and she hands me a key to unlock ice chest, now i waited almost 7 mins just to get what I wanted now I needed to go get the ice take it to the car and then bring her the keys back, that's a little inconvenient to me. I asked her why is it locked and she just rolled her eyes. I think her name is Brittney, she really needs some home training.

I have always used Murphy gas stations because they are one of the only places you can fill up and then pay. This morning, I was running late, pulled into the station, turned the pump on and the clerk stopped the pump. After she had stopped the pump 4 times, she finally came on the intercom & told me I'd have to come inside to pay. She didn't give me the opportunity to say I was filling & then purchasing other items. After about 5 minutes of waiting to see if she'd let me pump, I finally just bought 1 monster and was not greeted, thanked or asked to buy anything else. I live right down the street from this location & it's a real convenience for me to use this station but because of the attitude of the clerk & the lack of customer service I receive every time I go in, I will start using Mapco.
