It's a gas station! Not sure what Murphy USA could do to make me highly satisfied. Maybe give me a foot massage while my car is fueling. Maybe have a pump attendant check my oil and tire pressure. Oh! there are no pump attendants here! Sorry! In the spirit of Colorado weather, maybe the pump attendant could clean my windows. No! I forgot again! There are no pump attendants. To make me highly satisfied, there has to be something, a service, or product, that other gasoline stations do not offer, Maybe a car wash for $3.00 with the purchase of $25 of more gallons of gas. What else is 'out-of-the box' thinking? I was not greeted on entering or leaving the cashier, so maybe a free bottle of water upon exiting the cashier's place, and a big smile. Instead of having GasstationTV, provide an interactive screen to enter contests while waiting for the pump to fill up the car. I am not really about gasoline price, I m not loyal to MurphyUSA. I stop at a MurphyUSA gasoline station because it was convenient when I needed gasoline. Otherwise, being highly satisfied at any gasoline station is a stretch. Until something occurs that is positive and different, I will remain agnostic at stations.

It's a gas station! Not sure how I could be highly satisfied at a gas station. I went into the store, gave the attendant my credit card, and said take out $25.00 on pump 18, and left to fill my Subaru Crosstrek with 87 octane gas. I was not greeted by anyone at the store, but that was not a problem. No employee growled at me either. I would be more satisfied if there was a car wash available at this location.

Why I was not Highly Satisfied with my experience at this Murphy Express was due to the higher cost of fuel in comparison to what I had paid for only a few days prior.

I stop in here almost 3 times a week minimum to get a drink, breakfast and lotto tickets. half the time the tea is not made or the wrong tea is in the wrong decanter. As a diabetic I can not have sugar and this has caused issues in the past. The new manager said she would straighten it out. Also the roller grill at that time every morning is empty... Aslo the promotional items are never on the roller grills. Specifically the Chicken and gouda sausage that is on special has not been on the grill once at that time of day. The male cashier this morning is typically just a gruff person usually but he especially gruff this morning.
