I have been a customer for over 15 years. I collect guitars and amps, and have gotten some tremendous deals through the years on all types of items not just musical items, but also Tools, Computers, and Jewelry. Cannot say enough good things about yours stores, and the lasting relationships I have built with some of your long time employees.Keep up the good service, and you have a customer for life. Bill. All personel were very friendly, I had a nice chat with then. For me just getting into town they put a good feeling about Reno.

Shocked at the low value of my items and the computer was unbelievably slow on finding the price for my watch. Otherwise, everything was great. Clean store, helpful friendly staff. Explained about why the $ amount they could give me was so low.
