Your clerk really goes beyond her job description. Your very lucky to have an enthusiasts individual on your staff. You need to show her and the one young make who's behavior is not easy to find they are appereated. You would lose your to best, dedicated to happiness, quality and making your customers leave feeling well takening care of and cared about RARE to have one however your store has to. Please recognize them.
