We have a Sam's credit card in good standing and they tell me I can use this card at your Murphy stations to buy gas and I will get a statement credit based on my purchase amount. But when we try to use the Sam's card it says we must have a pin#. We do not have a pin and Sam's credit card customer service says we do not need one to buy your gas. So what is the problem???

The auto stop on the pump did not work. At least 2 gallons of fuel poured down the side of my vehicle, on my shoes & on the concrete. I was at pump #8 right next to the attendant. For safety reasons, I decided to let her know that the auto stop was not working properly. She did not seem concerned, hopefully she did report this problem to you. Just in case she did not, well here you go...

I purchase 2 V-8 Splash drinks. Advertised price on door was 2 for $2. At the register, I was charged $3.58. When I told the clerk the advertised price was 2 for $2.00, she merely took $1 off the price, leaving me to pay $.58 over the advertised price, which was all she was willing to take off the charged amount. I also had to request a receipt, as one was not offered. I took a picture of the advertisement that was on the cooler door, as well as my receipt. Bad business practices rarely make happy customers.
