Chevys Fresh Mex

The service wasn't very good we had to ask for water over 4 times.

Food was cold and the service was very slow

Took them 10 minutes to be seated and no else was there waiting Fish tacos only had one small piece of fish with no taste at all Stop here once every two months and the past experiences have not been good so will not be returning

We usually like this Chevys in Gilroy. I'm a member of their Real Mex rewards. Our clerk had no idea how to ring in my rewards info. or how to use the $5 in rewards credit that I had. He told us his manager would come & help me. I spent the entire meal frustrated & waiting for the manager to arrive @ our table. I finally was given the $5 discount I had received but I wasn't credited w/ the $67 we spent on this visit.

Worst experience. Very slow staff and food took very long coming out. Not the same as I remember. Not busy at all and unfriendly server.

Very slow service, on two plates the beans were spilled over, and the steak meat was very tough

Service overall was the worst ever at a Chevys Asked twice for more chips and they were never brought Only one waiter helped our group of 14 Sweetener for our ice tea brought to us after all food had been served The main dishes were provided over 10-15 minute period One main dish was not served as requested Will not visit another Chevys

Service was slow and food and drinks took very long.
