I arrived at the Mesquite Chipotle just before the store opened at 11 AM. I stood in line waiting for the store to open. They did not open the doors until 11:05. Once I got inside there was no area marked for customer online or To Go Pick Up. So I stood in line for about 10 minutes when I noticed people picking up bagged orders on the other side of the only cash register. So I got out of line and went there and waited and waited. I would have checked quicker if I would have just waited in line rather than ordering online. Once I got my food it was a mess .....all three tacos in one piece foil with a leaking container of salsa that soaked the bottom of the paper bag. I just wasted my money going to Chipotle's.

Had a coupon it was a BOGO it was on my phone obviously. When I showed the cashier she gave it to someone else and they took my phone and went to the back and did God knows what. They were back there for quite a while behind the closed door with my unlocked phone. I had used this kind of coupon before at a different location and all they did was scan and boom all done. No, not this location. Then I did not even get my receipt back. But I knew I was charged for an extra drink which I did not want. Went to get my refund and took another 15 minutes for them to give me my refund.

Always visit this chipotle. This time I was very disappointed. The food was off and I didn't even get my burrito right (wasn't worth the trouble to get back in line) I just got a side of what was missing instead. The little hallway in front of the drink station has an awful smell. Noticed it the past few times too but didn't think much too it. Don't visiting this location
