Chipotle is usually REALLY great but this time I ordered online and when I got home, two of my four items were incomplete. Two burrito bowls only had rice, beans, and the meat. When I called to ask about it, they wanted me to come back into the store, but I live 40 minutes away from the store (I picked up dinner for my family on the way home from an event) and no other solution. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the customer service today.
