Love their pork

They were about to run out of forks and they were slow

Lines always long

The service was so slow and I had to tell them to keep serving people who wanted other things while they were waiting for chicken. And the line was not moving along and a girl at the end of the line couldn't ring me up, she had to wait for someone else.

I ordered a bowl with rice beans and chicken. I got maybe half a scoop of rice and almost no beans. They were out and asking the cooks for more. I asked twice if they could add more to my bowl but they ignored me. The girl that put the sour cream salsa and cheese on sure noticed. She nearly doubled all of this to even half fill the bowl. I got a bag of chips and tried hard to enjoy my cheese sour cream and salsa dip. My daughter thought it was very funny.

Very slow and not worth the wait

The food I ordered I had to keep telling them what was goi g on and they charged me more than what I ordered I had to tell them and get some money back

This location is very dirty. The portions are MUCH smaller than any other chipotle I have been to. Dining area and soda area very dirty. The chicken was not even warm (temperature) it was not even room temperature. It was cold. Disappointed about not having the pork. Wish chicken wasn't so spicy. Need another meat that is mild like the pork.
