I visit this Chipotle regularly but tonight's experience was horrible. they only had 2 people on the line and it took forever to get the food done this way. by the time I got my 3 tacos the shells and meat were cold. it was so busy I didn't even go and complain

The line was too long. It seem end the customer moving slowly.
