Good but the portion size was smaller than normal

There was almost no line and the staff was super slow. Chipotle employees seem to only be able to work at one speed, super fast, but only when super busy.

salty, overdone, and took 30 minutes in line. ridiculous

The food wasn't ready when I got there and it said I paid online and my card had gone through but when I got there, they said I hadn't paid. Sure hope I didn't get charged double!

very slow service this visit...which I've never encountered before. there were call in orders (white papers with orders on them that they were filling before ours) and our food sat half made while they filled those orders. by the time they finished our orders, our food was cold. we had originally choosen to eat at chipotle because we needed something fast before heading to a movie. I'm all for healthy, and chipotle sticks out above the rest in that regard as well as fast service. it only made sense to choose to eat there. needless to say we weren't happy with the quality of service/food during our visit this time. we waited in line (with only two people in front of us) for a good solid 10 minutes. like us, they had to wait for orders to be processed before theirs too. it was frustrating to say the least. never has this happened before, so I know it's not the norm. we will return, but I will say something to the manager if it happens again. hopefully it won't...I love chipotle!

I was lucky enough to get 2 flies in my meal!!! Seared to perfection

The place was a lawsuit, waiting to happen! Side walks covered in ice, bad ice. my wife and I both almost fell outside, coming and going. Then even worse, the inside had an 1/2 of water in the cattle line. This was even MORE slippery - NO WARNING SIGNS ANYWHERE Not going back Till springm
