Line was very long but we know from previous visits that it goes pretty quick. Burritos tasted fresh but our chips were chewy. Went up to get another bag of chips and they were also chewy. Other than that lobby was clean and drink station was also clean.

Extremely long line at the Westfield location but it went as fast as it could. Did not fill guac cups up all the way so I felt jipped. Chips were chewy and under cooked and had to get new ones

Only problem was they were nearly out of chicken, nearly out of steak and out of veggies. But I didn't want to wait 3-4 min. So I talked them into half chicken and half steak. At first they wanted to charge me for dbl meat but then they realized.

I feel that this location has really deteriorated in quality. There were kids running all around jumping on furniture, the floors were dirty and tables weren't clean. The guacamole tasted like bananas and was stringy, I'm assuming b/c the avocados weren't ripe enough.

Food is consistent. Usually line moves fast. There were only 2 people working the food line and the line of customers was out the door. I had to wait 47 minutes before I could order food.

The line wasn't long but took forever just out of employee slowness. After we got our food we couldn't find a place to sit...not because it was crowded but because every table was filthy. The floors were dirty, chairs etc. we had to ask an employee to clean off a table. She half wiped one down with a dirty rag that left debris smeared across the table. No sanitizer or anything. My steak was full of gristle.

Latin style restaurants who don't give you the option of queso, whether it has preservatives in it or not, must be associated with Al Queda.

This location has always felt slower than other locations. For some reason the line just moves slowly, something is just off.

The line wasn't that long but it took nearly 20 minutes to get my order. The staff was friendly but was messing around a lot and was very very slow refilling items and moving customers through. Quality has really gone down hill at this location.
