Chipotle

They had to remake my burrito because the corn salsa in my orginal Burrito was frozen!

Line was shirt for once. Pretty cool

Cold items were hot and over cooked

Got sick right after eating. Felt better in the morning, but terrible all night.

Not good

Service is always slow. They have lines out the door. Then they do to go orders in the same line that they do regular orders which holds the line up. All the other chipotles do that on the side station by the register. They really need to revise that procedure because I HATE going to this chipotle.

My girlfriend and I decided to get Chipotle for lunch because we knew if we ordered online we could get it quickly and be back home in time to watch the Cavs game. Also, we liked that it's healthier than most other quick food options. We picked up our order with no problem and drove home. It was only then that we noticed we got two burrito BOWLS instead of one burrito and one burrito bowl. My girlfriend was upset since she was looking forward to her burrito. I called Chipotle and let them know of their mistake. They had me come back so they could correct their mistake. Once I got home again, I opened my burrito bowl and realized instead of brown rice, they had given me white. It wasn't worth a third trip to Chipotle so I ate it anyhow, but having not only one, but TWO mistakes made it a frustrating experience. To their benefit however, I have to say this is the first time I have had a bad experience with them. Usually I am very happy with my food and service at Chipotle so therefore I would still highly recommend them. However, I also recommend that if you pick up an order, check it for accuracy BEFORE driving all the way home.

The service was extremely slow. The restaurant itself was dirty and sticky. Not pleased at all.

there were 2 people on the line at 6pm (dinner rush) line was out the door and wrapping building.. Many other employees walked past and none stopped to help. Someone appeared to be a manager and didn't do anything. I love chipotle and waited 35 minutes bc there isn't anything else close by in solon but dang get it together !!! Ridiculous
