Was a little upset with the lady ringing me out. She couldn't take two seconds to finish my transaction and started talking to another associate.

always loved the food. but lately customer service hasn't been the nicest. the employees give you looks or seem frustrated when I ask for extras or sides.

My friend and I went to chipotle because I was craving a bowl with carnitas. Everything was fine till about my friend was about half way through her burrito and she found an avocado sticker attached to a piece of an avocado skin. Was an honest mistake but still put her in a mood that she didn't want to eat anymore of the burrito.

I asked for certain things and didn't get what I wanted. The food lacked flavor and was lukewarm. Customer service needs to improve.

I was disappointed to see that Chipotle was closed at 6:00 pm on a Sunday, but okay with it since they were having a holiday party. I appreciate the fact that they treat their employees, but did not think it was a good idea to close all of the Chipotles at once. Maybe they should have posted that on their closed sign. I wasn't too happy when I drove to another Chipotle location just to find they were closed as well.
