Not nearly as good as usual. Rice dry and clumpy and chicken usually more flavorful

I have never visited Chipotle until today. The food tasted good, but the steak was cold. The people kept getting our orders mixed up. They also seemed like they did not want to be there. The team was loud which made an unpleasant atmosphere.

Service was slow and orders were messed up. How does that even happen in this type of restaurant?
