Lines are always long but the workers work fast. Just hard when you have kids and have to wait in that long line. I prefer to walk in and order so I can see what and how much food they use vs ordering online. Value is ok considering most of the meal is beans and rice and there are no sides or drink included so it gets costly.

the location I visited was slow, the line was out the door. the person taking orders was also fixing to go orders while line was out the door. the food was overly spiced, (hot) I will visit Chipotle again just not this location.

Chipotle is usually always good but this last experience wasn't so positive. Chicken or rice was very salty and not everything I asked to be put in my order was added. First time this ever happened and it really upset me

The app makes eating at chipotle so much more satisfying because you don't have to spend 30 mins in a line before ordering and getting your food.
