First time getting chipotle in Jacksonville. Disappointed the food was not warm. They had no cups for the hot sauce and lemons. The food just didn't taste as good as New York.

Long line and bad servicr

The rice was not cook still hard. The steak was as if it was sitting with no seasons. I feel that when it get crowded and the line is wrapped around the buildings the quality of the food along with service goes way down. The staff does not patient and I have to repeat myself and most of the time I do not get what I ask for so I will not be back anytime soon

The service was incredibly slow. It was lunchtime so I expect a wait here, but this was much slower than usual. In addition the portions were very skimpy. I've eaten at Chipotle and this location in particular many times, so I know what to expect. I asked for guacamole on my bowl and the portion was half what it would be if I ordered a side. (Although I paid the same). The chicken and cheese dished out was next to noting. I'll give them another but I hope this isn't a sign of how this location will be in the future.
