Chipotle

I love the food but the service is always bad and it takes forever even when the line isn't long..

They were closed early

I ended up leaving the line after waiting for 5 minutes. The line was wrapped around the building and I did not have time to wait. Usually Chipotle moves very quickly, but that was not the case on this visit.

The line took forever and the chips were stale.

Waited in line for 47 minutes just to be able to order food

Management needs to work on better treatment of staff

Poor customer experience. Dirty restaurant. Health code violations

It took forever. The staff was rude and unorganized. People were leaving left and right bc of the rate and how the staff treated them. I almost left myself. I waited over 30 minutes for my food.

I needed to speak with the manager and was told he was not in the building and would be back in ten minutes. I wanted for 25 minutes with no update about where he was or if he was back. I left my name and number with the reason I needed to speak to manager and asked to be called. Manager did not call me. I ended up leaving without a resolution to the issue.
