It was good but they were really busy so the girl only gave me and my boyfriend the smallest scoop of rice and beans I've ever seen. It was kind of ridiculous....

Words can not explain how disappointed I was in this chipotle. I ordered in the app so it would be a quick experience. It forced me to place it at 5:30 and I needed it sooner. I called and let them know I would need it at 5:15 instead and they told me no problem. When I come in at 5:11 and pay she tells me I'm early so she'll go check. I say okay because I am early. When she comes back she doesn't say anything at all to me. I'm standing there for 10 minutes waiting, no word from anyone. Then a guy walks by and asks if I'm waiting for something? Should he know this. He goes in the back and immediately brings me my food. So I'm assuming it had been sitting there while I was standing outside. Ridiculous. Really bad customer service.
