The food was gross. I got a burrito bowl. I like white rice but I don't know what you guys do to it. it's disgusting. I also like pork and fresh food but whatever I had didn't taste good. at all. it was bearable to eat, but nothing above that. I would rather just go to moe's and get the same thing. the chips were also seasoned weird and stale. Mild salsa should have a small amount of spice, it shouldn't only be tomatoes with no flavor. Medium salsa shouldn't be an extreme change between no spice and a lot of it. I like a middle ground, where is it? why is it such an extreme jump. There were maybe eight people in front of me and it took me 15 minutes to get food. That's ridiculous. the line should move quicker than that if all the people at the counter are doing is folding burritos. When I got to the counter no one would look me in the eye, they wouldn't ask necessary questions, but when I asked any questions the response was to look at me like I'm stupid and execute an answer poorly without listening to what I actually asked.

The staff was unfriendly. The rice tasted horrible. The portioning was small.
