My experience today was very good. They planned for a heavy lunch crowd and was able to get in and out quickly and the food was fresh and tastes yummy!

This is the 2nd time I have visited this location. The 1st time was an awful experience! I said I would never go there again. The only reason I went there today was because there was a bunch of us from work ordering online for pickup. I got there and it was 11:03. The doors were all still locked and the restaurant is supposed to open at 11:00. We had ordered online for pickup at 11:00. When they finally opened the doors at 11:05 there were 2 people in line to order. I went to register to cash out and was told food wasn't even started yet. I then had to wait for the dine in customers before they made my to go order that should have been ready 10 minutes prior! The portions were skimpy. The fajita veggies were burnt badly. Not a good experience by any means!
