When I arrived at chipotle it was 9:00pm and when I finally was able to give my order for chicken salad they had just ran out of chicken. So, that was an additional 5-7 minutes waiting for my salad.

How are you out of chips in the middle of dinner?! That was the first bad. Then my steak in my burrito was rubber and had no flavor. What a joke and waste of money.
