I had a great time! Not only are the attractions fun, but the staff is amazing. I'm in a wheelchair, and they went above and beyond to help me and make sure I had a wonderful experience. I can't tell you how many employees really went out of there way to help me out. I had a great experience and would go back time and time again!

Team members are amazing. But the people in Harry Potter should not have to wear that got wardrobe outside.

We loved the experience but the only thing I would suggest is merchandise for scooby doo. My son loves it and we would have loved to purchase something for him.

Love the rides and the atmosphere but a lot of the staff has poor customer service (opposed to most of hogwarts area) and the restrooms are always much dirtier compared to other theme parks in the area
