We love it and have come yearly for about 8 years. We were disappointed this time because customer service via phone lied to us. I called a week before our trip as my sons wrist cast was supposed to be off before we left. The dr decided to leave it on for 2 more weeks. I called because I wanted to be honest with my son on what he could and could not ride. To my surprise I was told he could go on anything and everything. He was very disappointed when he was stopped from going on the hulk. We told the girl attendant that customer service said he could ride and she replied:that is what they always say. The whole reason I called was to avoid disappointing my son and because I was not told the truth he was very disappointed. We will have to rethink coming every year...

It's a great place but I did not like that the Harry Potter Train is conditioned to buy another entrance
