I was amazed with the new attraction Diagon alley! I had an amazing experience and if it weren't for 2 rude employees I would've had the best theme park experience! Everyone was so nice expect for these two women! I was amazed with everyone else's customer service but not everything could be perfect

Harry Potter and grinchmas was awesome. My son loved suessland even though he wasn't tall enough for a couple of the rides. We are very excited to have two more days to spend at universal.
