Island of Adventure

Harry Potter portion was the best part of the park. We ended up getting a park hopper to visit both portions. The 'Escape from Gringots' broke down while we were on it, and sound from the Hogwarts ride also stopped for a portion of the ride. Both times, the workers were very nice and accommodating.

Good time like always!

We had fun at islands of adventure. We waited about 45 minutes in line for food. I couldn't believe we waited that long, it was a big disappointment and huge impact to the day. The staff at the restaurant was not friendly at all. We did meet some great employees elsewhere in the park though. Overall, the day was good and we enjoyed the experience.

Very expensive food

I thought the restaurants were great. All the park people were friendly. However I have one complaint that doesn't get all highly satisfied remarks. When we were leaving the park. We walked all the way to see the one thing we didn't and came the whole trip for solely Harry Potter. We wanted to ride the train back as the attendant told us when we got off its different on way back. We got there right before 9 and waited for the people in front to get their stuff and pass and we were told we couldn't rise train back. There was however people a party of 6 getting through the terminal. My kids were tired of walking and we made them walk as they were excited to see the last Harry Potter thing. We stood there sorta shocked. We turned and were like really looking at the others just let on to go on train. Disappointed we left bad end to the whole fantastic trip. We were truly saddened. We have been at other parks where it's closing and I think it should really be discussed as how it puts an end to your trip. At the other park the employees said ok one more ride and let us go. Some even got on with us and cheered and we all got off high-fiving. It was great. The end of the day and their time to get off too but they chose to have fun w us. We didn't expect it but they are there to help us have fun and make a MEMORY. It lasted and was great. It would be nice if all parks did such a thing.

Love the park great rides, but the food is over priced. Need to lower the price to make it affordable.

Great place!

I haven't been in quite awhile and it seemed dirty, the staff was very disinterested in serving the guests! Understaffed in a lot of food areas. Would have purchased more but lines were so long and slow that we went with out! I know you want to save on payroll but it is hurting your sales.

It was a pretty good experience. Much better than last time. The place was a bit dirty but I didn't let that ruin my experience.
