The lines are super long here - I didn't get the fast pass but really wish I did. The rides are great though, once you actually get on one.

Some staff could look less bored and be more personable. Other than that I love Universal and Islands of Adventure!!

The bathrooms were not so clean and were smelly. The food is better than years ago. The staff can be friendlier compared to other parks I've been to. Overall it was ok.
