The kids had a lot of fun and if it hadn't been so crowded I would have too. I was on scooter

Very busy but fun

I prefer Universal Studios.

The closing times on some restaurants do not match the app and was very disappointed when my dinner plans did not work out. Extremely crowded seems pathways were very narrow. Hogsmeade needs more shops to actually walk into. Overall good experience

It's a theme park; you get theme park quality food at theme park prices. BUT if you go to Hogsmeade, the butterbeer is a must! It's definitely worth the trip, and I recommend getting a park hopper so you can visit Diagon Alley as well!

Fun but expensive

I always enjoy visiting. Some things can be improved upon such as size of certain areas. I noticed in a couple of areas that there were a large amount of people exiting some place at the same time but the exit was very narrow and it took a long time to get out.

It took forever to get in because the ticket scanners and thumb printers were not working consistently. We love IOA and will continue to visit, but it was a frustrating start to our visit.
