Island of Adventure

Jurassic Park was the first ride we got on and it broke down.

Very disappointed in my visit. I go here all the time and usually don't have bad experiences here. I probably won't return in awhile until they can get it together.

Multiple attractions continually breaking down. Poor organization amongst employees. Rides are good when operational. Staff is friendly but helpless when rides malfunction. I had to be evacuated from one ride!

Islands of adventure was better than universal studios, but the lines were too long!

Very rude employees. Parking and purchasing tickets took over two hours which is unacceptable.

Communication between castmembers was terrible everyone was telling us different things!!!!

For the amount of money we paid there should b more rides and less waits

Overpriced and the food was terrible. All members of my group felt the same way
