Not nearly enough people working on a Friday night at dinner time. It was the slowest moving line I've ever seen at chipotle. There was only 2 people serving customers. Then when it was my turn to pay, the cashier left to fill up the forks, rang up an order of someone who was picking up a large order and stopped to answer the questions of the woman in line behind me. I stood at the cash register waiting to pay almost as long as I stood in line waiting to order. The rice was clumpy & I couldn't break it apart, the guac was just huge pieces of avocado and everything tasted off. The whole restaurant was filthy. This was definitely my worst experience at chipotle. I go to a lot of different chipotle locations and I've noticed they all are getting dirtier and dirtier.

Worst experience ever. Waited in line for 30min which I was ok with cause I know it was going to be worth it! SO NOT THE CASE. I asked for a little more sour cream and cheese and they told me they were going to charge me extra! Are you serious?!?! I waited in line all this time and I never had to pay extra for cheese and sour cream NEVER. And I go to chipotle pretty regularly. Shame on you chipotle. You have the buisness so why are you making it more money? Was not worth waiting 30 mins for. Not going back there for a while. Ridiculous
