I love chipotle and it was super busy so I understand the staff being pressured but one of the counter people was pretty much outright rude when I asked for some extra chicken because he had scooped what was left but it was not even half a cups worth. He said "we don't have any right now" and I said I'd be happy to wait. He was just not very friendly, left a bad impression. The food is always good though.

The first crewmember did not listen then began to make a bowl but apologized went because I had asked for a burrito but my burrito was very tasty.
